Welcome to ProTech Design Enterprises. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or purchasing any of our products or services. By accessing or using our site, placing an order, or working with us on a custom design, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. These terms are in place to ensure a smooth, fair, and transparent experience for both our clients and our business. 1. General Information

ProTech Design Enterprises, owned and operated by Reginald Robinson, provides digital templates and custom design services for a variety of personal and professional needs. By purchasing any product or service from our website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. These terms apply to all customers and users of our services, and are meant to protect both the client and the business in all transactions.

4. Payments & Refunds

All digital template purchases are final. Because of the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the customer has gained access to the file. We encourage all customers to carefully review the item description, sample images, and any provided details before completing a purchase. Refunds will only be granted in rare cases where the file delivered does not match the description or preview shown on the product listing.

For custom design work, full payment is required upfront before any work begins. We do not accept partial payments or deposits at this time. If a client changes their mind and decides to cancel a custom order before we begin working on the design, they may request a full refund. Once work has started, refunds will not be issued under any circumstance, as time and resources will have already been invested into the project.

Additional charges may apply for clients who request extra pages, changes in size, or any modifications that go beyond the initial project scope. These fees vary depending on the complexity of the request and will be communicated clearly before moving forward with any updates.

5. License & Usage

All digital templates sold by ProTech Design Enterprises are intended for personal use only. Customers may not share, redistribute, resell, or modify the templates for resale purposes. Violating this policy is a breach of our terms and may result in legal action.

In the case of custom design services, the client may receive full ownership of the final design if this has been discussed and agreed upon in advance. When full ownership is granted for a custom design, the personal-use-only restriction does not apply to that specific project. However, all other digital template purchases remain strictly for personal use.

6. Printing Disclaimer

Our digital designs are formatted to standard U.S. printing sizes and should be compatible with most professional print shops. We recommend that clients verify with their chosen printer to ensure compatibility before printing. While we take care to format all designs correctly, ProTech Design Enterprises is not responsible for printing errors or problems caused by third-party printing services, such as cropping, scaling, or paper quality issues.

7. Proofing & Accuracy

We strive to deliver high-quality, polished work with correct grammar, formatting, and layout. For custom designs, we may correct obvious grammar errors as we see them, but final proofreading is the responsibility of the client. Clients must carefully review all text, names, dates, and other details in the final design before printing or sharing. We are not liable for any errors that were present and not corrected during the review process.

8. Delivery

All digital products are delivered via email or direct download. For instant templates, clients will receive immediate access to download the file after completing their purchase. For custom design services, the final file(s) will be sent to the client via email once the project is complete. Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the request and will be communicated clearly during the project discussion. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their email address is correct to avoid delays in delivery.
